SwapMouseButtons is a small and useful application to switch mouse buttons fast

It is still working on Windows 10 and 11. It is the first thing I install when I work on a new computer. My left-handed vertical mouse is hotwired to swap the buttons, so I need to flip the left and right if I use my smaller mouse when on the go. Also easy to use when a right-hander needs to use my computer.
